The decarbonization services include: - Assessment of the state of the art, through the estimation of the company's carbon footprint and the life cycle assessment of the products/services offered by the company. - Development of the decarbonization strategy, through the definition of the objectives and the high-level roadmap to achieve the set objectives. - Design and implementation of decarbonization initiatives, through the technical-economic sizing of the interventions to be implemented, support in identifying the most suitable suppliers/installers and any financiers. - Dissemination of the strategy and decarbonization initiatives, through support for the creation of internal and external communication initiatives. - Regulatory compliance (or “driven” by other stakeholders), through support for the drafting of the Sustainability Report and the CBAM Report.

The innovation services include: - Support for the development of new products, services and business models and the design of the go-to-market strategy, through the analysis of the macro-context (technology scouting, regulatory analysis), the analysis of the competitive context (supply chain, competitors, startups, customers, market), the development of business case / plan and the analysis of the related environmental and social impacts. - Support in the realization of the go-to-market of new products, services and business models, through the identification and involvement of suppliers, customers and technological, industrial and financial partners and the realization of industrial due diligence.

The transversal services offered by Ampere Transition are aimed at supporting our clients in realizing the opportunities for decarbonization and innovation enabled by the green transition, appropriately managing the organizational implications connected to these initiatives. The transversal services include: - Temporary management, through the assignment of Ampere Transition resources (employees or collaborators) who support the client in conceptualizing and realizing the opportunities. - Organizational reorganization, through the assessment of the current organizational structure, the identification of critical issues, the co-creation of improvement initiatives and support for the implementation of the initiatives (change management).
